Welcome to our online store! bladesru.com and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

ABOUT US

As there are so many online stores popping up on the net at the moment we thought we might give you a bit of info. to explain our store and our set up. We don't have a brick and mortar store, we actually are only online.

But trust me sitting in front of the computer is just like going to work somedays its as full on. Anyway we have a room with some stock in it, especially anything that needs a permit to get into the country as we need to have that organised prior to advertising it on site.

So how it works if we don't have the stock on hand is we have worked hard over the last couple of years to have a brilliant working relationship with our suppliers, so we get an order from you and then we place the order with them and they will forward the items to me or directly to you. I try and bulk the orders together when ever I can so I can keep the postage down for you.

But we do guarantee we will deliver your product whether its from us or direct from the supplier, and when we first decided to go into an online store we weren't in it to rip anybody off or become instant millionaires, that is why we have such great prices.

At the moment we are getting deliveries from the States ( which is where most of our suppliers are) in around 7 days and we then parcel and post them the same day to you. We will if there is ever a problem with time delays let you know via the front page as soon as we find out about it.

So hopefully you know us a bit better and we are a family based business that I do full time and my partner does part time ( he inspects and plays with all the knives) but which we would eventually like to do both full time and it fits in better with my family.

Do I still get the quantity discount if my order is going to different address?

No. If you want 25 (for example) of an item and want them shipped to different addresses you would have to place each order individually. This means each order is counted separately therefore you may not receive the discounted price nor be able to combine the totals for lower shipping. Remember, each new address is a different order.

Does bladesru.com accept international orders?

Yes, Bladesru does accept international orders from most every country in the world. All international orders shipped outside Australia must be paid in full via International Money Order, Wire Transfer, PayPal.com or credit card before the goods can be shipped to you. Our shopping cart will show you the shipping charges during the checkout process. All international orders must be placed through our website, www.bladesru.com for security and fraud prevention.

Please be aware that orders shipped outside the USA/Australia may require duties and customs clearing fees not associated with the purchase price or shipping charges. These additional funds depend on your countries duties/customs laws and regulations. The receiver of the goods will be responsible for paying any such fees.

Do you send invoices to my customers?

No, we do not. When we dropship an order for you we will send nothing that has our name or information on it. We only send invoices with orders that are mailed directly to you. Your customer WILL ALWAYS remain your customer.
